ADA ACCESS

Bonfire Entertainment is committed to supporting all guests with disabilities so they may participate in the enjoyment of our events. For any inquiries in regards to the services and access options available please contact us at ada@bonfirentertainment.com.

General Access: The WinterWonderGrass event has no stairs. There are also no stairs inside the venue. The ADA section is located around the front of the house main stage mix position. See the venue map here.

All guests will be asked to use the front gate. There is the ADA fast lane which provides bypass access to the front gate (see below), but due to security constraints, we cannot have additional entrances.

ADA Drop-Off: We provide a drop-off location for all guests who may want closer access to the main gate. This access is for drop-off only. See the venue map here.

ADA Stage Viewing: This dedicated space is a raised platform with a ramp adjacent to the sound booth. All attendees who would like to utilize this service must receive an ADA wristband at the box office. Please see the map for additional location details. All qualifying participants are allowed one (1) companion to join them in all ADA viewing areas. There are no designated areas for the Pickin’ Perch, Jamboree, and Soapbox stages.

Chairs: You may bring your own chairs to the stage viewing area, but if it begins to impede the other users in the area, we may ask you to remove them. We prefer smaller chairs with a smaller footprint if possible. We will not provide chairs in the ADA area.

Service Animals: We welcome service animals at most locations throughout our event. A service animal is defined as any dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

Emotional Support Animals: Officially not allowed in the venue, only animals that are allowed are service animals that are performing a specific task for the owner.

• Events take place rain or shine. If severe weather becomes a threat and we need to interrupt programming, stage announcements will be made regarding safety procedures. Programming will resume when deemed safe.
• All persons, bags and personal items are subject to inspection before entering the event. Please review accepted and prohibited items.
• Any ticket holder that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of the event may be asked to leave the venue and may be subject to arrest and prosecution by State/Local Authorities.
• The event will continue to make every effort to ensure socially responsible behavior in order to allow ticket holders to enjoy the event.
• The festival encourages a smoke-free environment and ask that you respect the health of your neighbors at the event and refrain from smoking in any area where it may affect someone else. Smoking is prohibited under all tents and inside buildings. Please find an isolated area if you must smoke, and dispose of your butts properly.
• WinterWonderGrass allows ADA* recognized service animals trained specifically to assist a person with disabilities at all events. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted at the festivals. If you have a certified service animal, you will be required to have your service animal with you at all times. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

*Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the definition of “service animal” is limited to a dog (or pony) that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability who is in attendance. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Under the ADA, “comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support animals” do not meet the definition of a service animal. – U.S. Dept. of Justice
