2018 Survival Guide

WinterWonderGrass Festival is an outdoor winter event and we encourage all fans to dress appropriately for the weather.  It will get colder as the sun drops, so dress in wool and layers. No cotton, extra socks and long underwear help, too! Mittens, hats and winter boots  (waterproof) as well as scarves and hand warmers. We also recommend sunscreen and we encourage one-piece old school ski suits and wigs. No boas or glitter they are horrible for the environment.

THURSDAY Feb 22 - 2-5 pm in Gondola Square

FRIDAY - SUNDAY Feb 23-25 - 1:45 - 9:30 pm at The Festival Gates

Please print your ticket at home OR better yet, have it on your mobile devise and remember to bring your photo ID! All late night show tickets will also be available at the box office for pick up. Late night tickets can be picked up at the late night venues as well, but to save time please grab them at the festival box office anytime before 9 pm each night.

There will be a variety of food trucks and snack options on site. The Depot Coffee  Lounge will sell coffee, teas, hot chocolate, espresso and tasty treats.

Plastic water bottles will not be for sale on-site so please bring a re-usable container to re-fill at the water stations. Free water will be available all weekend. Please stay hydrated!

Beer tastings are each day Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:00-5:00 pm in the two heated beer halls.  There will be 20 Colorado craft breweries serving their signature brews plus a hard cider sampling station.  You must be 21 years of age to participate in the beer tastings.

Highly encouraged at all times. Wear comfortable shoes to get your best groove on. Bring baggies for your feet to keep them dry. The music starts at 2:30pm each day.

It is illegal to smoke cigarettes or marijuana in public places in Colorado.  This is a community and family event in a public park.  Edible warning!! Be mindful of what you consume. Don't be that person.

Please walk thru the main gates with a ticket in hand. No outside alcohol is allowed in the venue. You will be patted down at the front gate and all bags checked, so please do not try and be sneaky.
We respect our local Law Enforcement and they respect you. We encourage high fives!

Please pack it in, pack it out! We really look to the festival fans to contribute. We have a zero waste effort with recycling and composting and no plastic water bottles. Thank you for respecting our beautiful land!

We hope everyone will respect the environment, respect the community, respect the children and respect yourselves. We are all partners on this journey.
